1. Clean the ball screw
2. Check the ball screw condition (linearity, noise, pitch, gap)
3. Explain the examination result and quote to customer (We will suggest the customer to change the new one if the spindle could not be repaired)
4. Dismantle the ball screw for repair and change the parts (rust removing, straightening, rubbing the screw or changing the screw / ball)
5. Complete assembly of the ball screw and test it
6. Adjust the accuracy
7. After adjustment of the accuracy, we will provide a result report to customer
8. Pack and send the spindle back to customer

1. Repaired ball-screw: Six months in normal using
   New ball-screw: One year warranty in normal using
2. Warranty will be void if customer makes bad assembly.

Note: We could not provide the warranty longer, because the ball-screw is a part of transmission only.
